Subscription Terms

TravelAgents by IMPT is operated by IMPT, registered in Ireland (CRO 700834, VAT IE4028061OH). Contact: support@impt.io.

Your subscription provides an AI workforce for your travel business — including email, WhatsApp and website enquiry handling, quotations and itineraries, follow-ups, content, SEO and reporting. The Complete Package additionally includes a website built, hosted and maintained by IMPT for the duration of your subscription.

Prices are shown at checkout before you pay and are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe. The introductory price applies for your first 3 months; you will always be told the standard price before any change takes effect, and you may cancel before it does. There are no setup fees and no hidden fees.

You may cancel at any moment with immediate effect from your next billing date — no notice period, no cancellation fee. Cancel by emailing support@impt.io or messaging us on WhatsApp; we confirm every cancellation in writing.

Your website, brand, customer relationships and supplier relationships remain entirely yours. Content the AI workforce produces for your agency belongs to you. Websites built under the Complete Package are hosted by IMPT while your subscription is active.

The service may only be used for lawful travel-business purposes. We may suspend accounts used for spam or unlawful activity.

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

We handle personal data in line with the IMPT Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
